Items are eligible for refunds or exchanges 90 days after the initial order if the product contains error in processing (such as engraving error, incorrect product, etc.), or if the item is defective (USBs, etc.). You may either send us proof of error or defect, or have the items sent back to us for inspection.
Items are also eligible for refunds if it was not customized.
If requesting an exchange, we will provide the replacement items as soon as possible after the order has been deemed eligible. If requesting a refund, your refund will be processed as soon as the item has been returned to us, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.
To return your product, we will notify you of the specific shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Please attach and provide a tracking number with all returned shipments for security purposes.
