Items are eligible for refunds or exchanges 30 days after the order has been received if the product contains errors (such as engraving error, incorrect product, etc.), or if the item is defective. Please reach out to us via the contact form to process a return or exchange.
Items are also eligible for refunds if it was not customized. Display samples are not eligible for refunds.
If requesting an exchange, we will provide the replacement items as soon as the order has been deemed eligible. If requesting a refund, your refund will be processed as soon as the item has been returned to us, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
A return label will be E-mailed to you for orders containing errors or defects. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please attach a tracking number for all returns via E-mail.
