Customization Questions

How much do usb and box engravings cost?

Front side engravings on your orders are done free of charge. Add backside engraving on your USBs for an additional $2 each, or backside engraving on your boxes for an additional $4 each.

Do I need to purchase a logo die for customizing the linen boxes?

If you're looking to customize our linen boxes with a custom design/logo, then you will need to purchase a logo die for it. A logo die is a metal casting of your logo design (a stamp). That die is then used to press foil onto your linen boxes. It is a one time charge, and we keep all dies in our shop once it's made for making your future orders. 

May I have different engravings on my box and USB?

Yes, you may upload different files for the box engraving and the USB engraving. Having different engraving files on your USB and box yields no additional charge. 

I wish to buy in bulk, may I have different engravings on each box and usb set while still get the bulk pricing?

Yes, you may customize each item individually and still receive bulk pricing for them. Simply customize one item at a time, add it to cart, customize another, and repeat. Once everything is customized and inside the cart, the cart should reload within 1 - 2 seconds with the correct bulk price reflected. Simply check-out from there!

What type/size files should I submit for my custom flash drives or photo boxes?

When submitting file for engraving, we recommend that you send either vectorized images, or high quality pixel images that's at least 300DPI or more. It is extremely important to follow instructions on whether a design has to be black or gray-scale. Submitting incorrect files may delay your order's turnaround speed, or worse, the customization quality.

 

Processing and Shipping Questions

How can I set my logo/design's size and positioning?

We have customization templates available for every product we offer. Simply navigate to the "Templates" tab under the product of you're looking at, and download our .PSD templates.

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders take between 3 - 5 business days to turnaround. Shipping time is additional and is dependent on the postal speed you chose.

Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as a part of the turnaround time. 

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to every country around the world. 

How much does shipping cost?

The cost of shipping depend on the weight of your total order. All orders above $100 are shipped for free to customers in the US and Canada. If you would like faster shipping methods, expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost.

What if I need my products urgently and need my order rushed?

We do our best to help our photographers as we understand they have deadlines from their clients as well. If you are in need of your products ASAP, E-mail us (Support@hangingbranch.com), and we will do our best to meet your needs. When possible, we can process your order in as fast as 1 business day,  and we offer expedited shipping for both domestic and international customers at a small cost. 

Will I have to pay Duty and Taxes for my order?

If you are a customer ordering from outside of the US, then there is a possibility that you will have to pay duty and taxes upon your shipment's arrival. The rate of duty and tax vary from country to country. While some countries might charge nothing for a shipment, another might require small fees. If you are curious about how your country handles international shipments, please visit your country's duty and tax import page.
