All of our photo boxes are available in 4" x 6" and 5" x 7" sizes, while our folio boxes are offered in 8" x 10" size. 

Each photo box size is labeled for the print they can hold. 4" x 6" boxes will hold 4" x 6" prints, etc. 



The depth of our boxes vary by type. 

Our wooden photo boxes are 1.4" (35mm) deep internally, and should hold up to 140 standard prints comfortably. 

Our linen photo boxes are 1.2" (30mm) deep internally, and should hold up to 120 standard prints comfotably.

All of our USB drives are offered in high quality 3.0 specs. The quality of our product is guaranteed and insured against any defects should you ever run into any issues. 


Studio samples are watermarked samples of our products that you may purchase for display. They're priced at a 30% discount. 

To get any of our products as a studio sample, please reach out to us and we will provide you with a sample code.

*Note, you must purchase samples and non-sample products separately as the discount code applies to all products in a single order.


Front side personalization of your orders are all free with purchase. Additional charges are required for backside personalization.

If you wish to deboss a custom design (such as your logo) on our linen boxes only, there is a one time set-up fee for a logo die.

You may personalize each item differently and still receive bulk pricing. Simply personalize one item at a time, add it to cart, personalize another, and repeat. 

Once everything is added to the cart, it should reload with with the correct bulk pricing reflected. If you are having trouble with our shopping cart, please try waiting a few seconds for the cart to calculate and refresh itself.

When submitting files for personalization, we recommend that you send either vectorized images, or high quality images that's at least 300DPI or more.

It is extremely important to follow instructions on whether a design has to be black or gray-scale. Submitting incorrect files may delay your order's turnaround speed, or worse, the personaliation quality.

A logo die is a metal stamp that is used to personalize our linen boxes. If you plan on purchasing our linen boxes and personalizing it with a custom design (I.E. your logo), then you will need to purchase a logo die. 

A logo die is a one time set-up cost for the design you want to stamp. Once cast, we will keep your logo die in our workshop for all of your future orders. All of our other products do not require a logo die purchase. 

Please note, a logo die takes 7 - 10 days to make. So your first order will take longer than our usual turnaround time. 


Turnaround & Shipping

Orders are generally completed and shipped out within 1 - 3 business days.

If you are purchasing a new logo die to be used with your order, the first order will take 5 - 10 business days as we must first make your die. 


The cost of shipping for your order is calculated by our shipping carriers, and will depend on the total weight of your order. It will be calculated for you when you checkout. 

All orders over $100 are shipped for free within US and Canada.

We help our photographers/creatives meet their deadlines whenever we can. If you need your order rushed, please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your needs. There are no additional cost involved.

Please note, we rush orders out whenever we can, but this is not always possible. So, it's best to plan ahead of time with our normal turnaround times in mind.

Yes, we serve customers from around the world and ship to every country. For international shipments outside of USA, we recommend using DHL as your courier during checkout. 

Please note, international customs and duties may apply to you depending on your destination country.

If you realized you've made a mistake on your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Hopefully, we can fix it for you before your items are completed. 

If you've only realized the mistake after receiving the product, don't worry! We will still help you. :)

Simply reach out to us, and have the original product returned for a replacement. We will take on the cost of the replacement item. You just have to cover the shipping. 

We double check everything and do our best to provide you guys with the most quality products before they go out. However, if something is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us and we will fix it for you ASAP at no cost to you.
