Our crystal USB and linen box set is the perfect packaging for delivering digital files to your clients. Wrapped in a finely-threaded cream linen fabric, the box is kept closed with a magnetic lid. It holds a single crystal USB and is held securely with a precisely fitted slot.
The USB and the box can be customized with the design of your choice. If you wish to stamp the linen box with a custom logo, you must get a “Logo Die” first. It’s a metal casting of your logo, and it’s used to foil stamp the top of the linen box. The logo die is a one-time purchase and will be kept in our shop for all your future linen orders. Get matching USB & foil color for the most complete look!

The usb and box came in and I can’t wait to gift them to my clients! They are just beautiful!
There were multiple issues with my order. I had to contact them multiple times to see where it was. I assume they forgot to fulfill it. After almost a month from the date of purchase, I emailed them and told them I wanted some form of compensation, as it was becoming painfully embarrassing explaining to my client what the delay was. Hanging Branch told me they would expedite the shipping, that was the extent of their compensation. When I ordered, I paid to have a new die cast made with my new logo. When I finally received the USB and linen box, they put the OLD logo on the usb and the NEW logo on the linen box. I contacted them again and sent a photo of their error. Their remedy was to send me a prepaid label for me to return an item they can’t sell or use, but I had to purchase a padded envelope to send back the product. I’m waiting for my refund. Now several weeks behind in delivery. Ordered from a different company and will never use Hanging Branch again. Mistakes happen. But a little bit of customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, theirs is sorely lacking.
