The depth of our boxes vary by type. Simply go to the product you are interested in, and click on the "Specs" tab in the description section. There, you will see the overall dimensions of the product you are looking at.
Note: Our Styrene mounts measure at 2mm thick if you are calculating the amount of mounted prints they can hold.
You will need to purchase a logo die ONLY if you plan on getting one of our linen boxes debossed with a custom design (I.E. your logo). Text debossing using one of our font options does not require a logo die, and neither does engraving.
Our linen boxes are hand stamped via metal dies. Thus, if you wish to have your logo debossed on them, we must first cast your logo into a metal stamp. That metal stamp is then used to deboss your box. This is why a set-up fee for a die is necessary. Once the die is cast, we will keep it in our shop for all of your future debossing needs. It lasts forever (unless you change your logo design).
Yes, you may customize each item individually and still receive bulk pricing for them. Simply customize one item at a time, add it to cart, customize another, and repeat. Once everything is customized and added to the cart, the cart should reload within 1 - 2 seconds with the correct bulk price reflected. Simply check-out from there!
When submitting file for customization, we recommend that you send either vectorized images, or high quality pixel images that's at least 300DPI or more.
It is extremely important to follow instructions on whether a design has to be black or gray-scale. Submitting incorrect files may delay your order's turnaround speed, or worse, the customization quality.
We help our photographers meet their deadlines whenever we can. If you need your order rushed, E-mail us at Support@hangingbranch.com, and we will do our best to get your order to you on time. There are no additional rush fees involved.
Please note, we rush orders out whenever possible, but this is not always the case. So, it's best to plan ahead of time with our normal turnaround times in mind.
If you are a customer ordering from outside of the US, then there is a possibility that you will have to pay duty and taxes upon your shipment's arrival. The rate of duty and tax vary from country to country, and is totally dependent on your own government's laws.

If you realized you've made a mistake on your order, simply go to your "Orders" tab under your account to edit the order. Alternatively, you may also reach out to us via E-mail as soon as possible. Hopefully, we can change it for you before the item gets made.
If you've only realized the mistake after you received the product, don't worry! We will still help you out. :)
Simply reach out to us, and have the original product returned for a replacement. We will take on the cost of the replacement item. You just have to cover the shipping.
